Wall lining systems

Introducing our patented lift-off panel mounting solution.

Two builders applying a window a Tasmanian oak lining with XF010 clips lining systems on an XFrame window panel.

Demountable clips,
built to be reused.

XFrame’s Demountable Lining System (DLS) clips are designed to make demountable architectural wall finishes time and cost-efficient. Made from 100% recycled nylon, the clips utilise a hidden key-hole milled into the rear of linings to achieve a strong yet easily reversible panel connection. With options suited to different installation requirements, the system supports fast on-site installation, while the self-aligning keyhole design ensures precision panel seams.

Features

A builder wearing a high vis t-shirt, tool belt and some steel cap boots, putting on a Tasmanian Oak Lining on an XFrame Panel in an XFrame room.
Single sided design

Increased factory and on-site productivity though a single-part system.

No protruding panel hardware

Slot milling in the rear lining panels means stacked sheets, and panels in transit, are less likely to become damaged.

Self centering

The key-hole shaped hole in lining panels,
and the rounded design clip, ensures
precision alignment.

Engineered for strength

A single solid nylon injection molded part
with 3mm walls and lead-in chamfers
makes the DLS systems suitable for heavy panel mounting.

Adjustable lift-off

Use of a grooved receptacle make it possible to adjust the panels lift-off height depending on job specific requirements.

Options for flush-mount

Set demountable panels hard on structural frames and substrates for improved acoustics and alignment.
