A national ATM refresh program.
Diadem, a leading wayfinding design and project management firm, developed a modular wall lining system for Commonwealth Bank’s national ATM refresh program.
They engaged XFrame to manufacture and deliver this system at scale. Leveraging our integrated supply chain, logistics network and digital manufacturing document‑control systems, XFrame has now supplied approximately 400 branches with Diadem’s modular lining solution.
This program demonstrates the strength of XFrame’s art‑to‑part manufacturing software, which enables other organisations to execute complex, multi‑site fitout programs with precision, speed and repeatability.
An NFC tag is embedded in every lining panel. If a panel is damaged, vandalised, or otherwise requires replacement, a branch manager or maintenance contractor can simply tap the tag with their smartphone. The NFC tag instantly identifies the exact lining code, ensuring the correct replacement panel can be ordered without the need for manual inspection or documentation.
