XFrame’s mission is to create easily adaptable spaces that unlock a circular economy in the construction industry. Bupa partnered with us for the 2023 EcoDisruptive challenge for Healthy Building's to showcase how XFrame system transform Bupa's spaces across the world, from dental clinics, retail stores, medical centers through to retirement villages.

Circular Design Guide

We've published a Circular Design Guide to help architects, designers and businesses design for re-usability, adaptability and circularity. The guide covers space planning, material selection, design for disassembly, acoustic design and other considerations when using modular and circular building systems. We use it as the go-to document when a client or architect is thinking about circularity and adaptability in their project.

Often decisions are made at the start of a project that make it harder to retrospectively use a modular system like XFrame - If we want to achieve circularity in the building industry we need to bring attention to these design decisions, to help everyone make informed decisions whether building new or retrofitting existing spaces. The Circular Design Guide is our commitment to helping educate, up-skill and share knowledge with the industry.
