Carsten is an experienced development manager, having worked across a broad range of complex and diverse projects in project delivery and acquisition roles across multiple industries. Carsten brings sound commercial acumen and significant experience in business development which are further supported by formal qualifications in Property, Business Management and Company Directorship.

Ged Finch

Chief Technology Officer | Board Member

Ged is the inventor of the XFrame system and holds a PhD in Architecture from Victoria University of Wellington. Since 2017, Ged has worked to mature the structural, assembly and disassembly features of the XFrame technology. Ged is committed to ensuring XFrame has a significant and long-term waste-mitigating impact in the construction sector.

Derrick Lobban

Chief Operating Officer | Board Member

Former senior manager at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Ord Minnett in wealth advisory, organisational and culture change. Current CEO at Innovyz Pty Ltd who worked with Victoria University of Wellington University to incubate and commercialize XFrame.

As XFrame enters growth Derrick assumes the board chair role with a focus on compliance and achieving strategic consensus.

Matt Walsh

Board Chair

Matt joined as Board Chair for XFrame in early 2024. Matt is a strategy consultant with extensive directorship and management experience. Matts experience includes GM and CEO roles at Australian Unity, and Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Board to the University of Adelaide.

Jon Colquhoun

Company Secretary

Jon is a Partner of HLB Mann Judd's Corporate and Audit Division and has served as company secretary since XFrame's inception in 2020. Jon is an experienced auditor, company director and company secretary and has significant experience in providing business valuations, due diligence and transaction support including assisting companies to list on the Australian Securities Exchange

Luke Ransfield

Projects and Automation

Luke has a background in digital design and fabrication developed through architectural studies at Victoria University of Wellington. He has worked on research projects such as robotic-controlled 3D ceramic printing and developing automated VR training for large organisations using 3D scanning.

Luke is responsible for strategic project delivery and oversight of front-end internal project delivery workflow development.

Simon Mckean

Chief Financial Officer

Simon joined XFrame in mid 2022 to support growing business operations. Simon is a corporate executive with extensive global experience in Risk, Governance, Social Enterprises, Finance, Operations, Commercialisation, Strategy, Wealth Management and Alternative Assets. One of Simon's key roles within XFrame is the development and implementation of new revenue and partnership opportunities.

Glen leads XFrame's project delivery in New Zealand and Australia. With his background in project delivery, prefabrication, CNC production for architectural spaces, robotics and architecture Glen brings a wealth of forward thinking construction knowledge to the XFrame team.

Amy Pearce

Project Delivery Coordinator

Amy is responsible for supporting the timely delivery of XFrame solutions to customers across Australia and New Zealand. Amy studied industrial design at Massey University, and has experience in the production of plywood kitchen joinery.

Austin Martin

Project Delivery Coordinator

Austin joined XFrame's project delivery team in late 2023 to support the delivery of XFrame solutions into a growing project pipeline. Austin has a background in industrial design and works across both XFrame construction and XFrame product systems.

Harrison Le Fevre

Process Automation

Harrison Le Fevre joined XFrame in June 2021 to aid in the development of software based automation processes. Harrison studied Architecture at Victoria University of Wellington. During his studies Harrison worked to develop a machine vision solution for construction robotics. Harrison has worked as a private computational design consultant before joining XFrame.
